I would just like to say how fantastic my conservatory is, definitely the best and the most used room in the house!
I had always wanted a conservatory, looked at numerous ones but knew that I had found what I was looking for when I came to Sandyholm.
The workmanship is second to none and how they managed to build it in those dreadful conditions was amazing.
Who ever comes to visit loves it too and listening to the rain on the roof(there’s been a lot of that!) is still my favourite thing to do.
Adding the conservatory has made what already was a great house, even better,

Adding a Stevenswood Sun Room to our home was the best thing we ever did. The quality of the build is excellent. The installation team were skilled tradesmen who took pride in their work, from the builders right through to the finishing touches by the plasterers. Constant communication by the office staff kept us informed at every stage which really impressed us. It has changed the way we live.

Our conservatory has significantly changed, for the better, the way we live at home. We were looking to extend and to make our rather dull kitchen more light and airy. The extension had to be interesting, functional and blend with the existing building.
We commissioned Stevenswood, set out our criteria and left them to do it as they claim to be the experts! It ticks all the boxes; the kitchen is transformed and feels almost outdoors. The kitchen/conservatory area has become the most popular room in our home and we have plenty of space and can enjoy our garden whatever the weather. Many many thanks to all the team.

Sorry for the delay in sending this letter. We have been hard at work putting in a new patio and fencing which compliments our conservatory.
We are delighted with our conservatory which has been used constantly since work was completed. We now have the extra room we wanted.
We wish to thank you for your time, patience and advice when we were trying to decide whether to have windows from floor to ceiling and we are delighted with the outcome. Friends and family have commented on the design which they say has the wow factor.
We found your work force to be very friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing was a problem to them. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, the weather being the only hold up. There were only a couple of minor issues which were quickly put right.
We have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who wishes a conservatory.

My wife and I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the excellent workmanship and service employed during construction of our conservatory.
We were absolutely delighted with the finished product, and everyone who has seen it has been blown away with the design, finish and fuctionality. It really is beautiful, solid and substantial. We eat in the conservatory, we lounge in it and our young daughter plays in it too. We pretty much only use the living room to watch tv now.
We didnt skimp on the spec and Stevenswood didnt skimp on the componenets and materials. You clearly understood, Blair, that we wanted a quality product that would stand the test of time. We are confident that this is exactly what we now have, and all for a fair and competitive price.
It was completed well within reasonable expectations of timescales in March, so we have now thoroughly enjoyed it through the Spring, Summer and Autumn. As we are currently in the low, single figure temperatures of winter, we can confirm that, as per your bold promises, it has been very comfortable in all weather conditions.
We'd especially like to commend the craftsmen Tam and Davie who were very pleasant, professional, extremely skilled, hardworking and reliable and they settled for nothing short of perfection. No detail was left unfinished.
There was always somebody there to answer our questions and we didnt have to worry about the bureaucracy of planning permission etc because it was all taken care of by your Architect, Robert, who couldnt have been more helpful.
Our Stevenswood conservatory is worth every penny we spent on it and if we had to do it all over again, we wouldnt go to anyone else. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Stevenswood.

I thought I would write a letter by way of a testimonial now that my conservatory is fully finished to say how delighted I am. All the exterior brickwork and foundations have been carried out to a very high standard, commented on by neighbours who are "in the trade" themselves.
The actual unit has ben manufactured from high-quality materials and assembled by skilled fitters, electrician and plumber. Not only were these people superb within their own specialism but I found every one of them exceptionally pleasant to deal with and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible to complete the job to an enviable standard. Indeed, I have logged all their names should I need any further work done around the house and will happily recommend them to friends and/or relatives similarly.
The conservatory has, almost overnight, become the jewel in my home and easily the best room where I spend almost all my time working and just relaxing. It really is quite spectacular and I am delighted I decided to have this fantastic addition to my house.
In conclusion, I would like to thank all concerned who worked at my home and hope you will make sure they are aware of just how impressed and indebted I am to them.

Firstly let me apologise for not replying sooner to your request for feedback following the completion of our conservatory at the above address. Your letter somehow got filed with some of my craft papers!!! and I came across it today........many apologies.
The feedback you are requesting is all positive as far as Alex andy myself are concerned. Everyone involved from the initial planning stage through to the completion of the conservatory gave us first class service.
We are delighted with it and would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone. As you are aware we had friends from the USA over in August and they say the Yanks are hard to please well........ they were blown away with it so that indeed is a compliment to Stevenswood Conservatories!

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner but I have beenbusy with work and thought that I would settle in to my new conservatory and get the 'feel' of it before I sent you feedback!
Well, from your initial visit to the final completion, I have to say that we were very impressed with the whole operation.
Communication from yourselves, the builders and the fitters was absolutely spot on. Every morning we would get a phone call to let us know who would be coming and what work would be getting done, with usually a follow up call in the evening to check that the work had been done and that we were happy with the progress.
The builders, although the youngest was about 83 did a grand job and cleared up after themselves every evening. The joiners/fitters were super guys who again did a great job and kept me informed on what was happening next.
The workmanship and finish of the conservatory is beautiful and I will have no problem recommending you to my friends!
Thanks to jean who kept me up to date with the progress every day too!

Many apologies for taking so long to write, but I guess I'm not as afficient as the Stevenswood staff. On behalf of Liz and myself, we'd like to express our sincere thanks for the efforts of all involved at Stevenswood, for making our "Conservatory Project" a complete success. The whole experience has felt more like doing business with a group of friends rather than a company.
The entire project was handled professionally throughout. The actual build phase, which I consider to be a relatively short time period, exceeded my expectations. this was supported by the build quality and any snagging was carried out very efficiently and with no quibble which is greatly appreciated.
We are delighted with the end result and I have had no hesitation in recommending your company to all who have enquired as to who carried out the work. I will continue to do so and would be more than happy if this resulted in any future business for Stevenswood.
I'm sure you will be pleased to know Liz is finally getting back on top of her housework now that Davy isn't blethering to her all day. Also we can't believe how long a jar of coffee now lasts that Big Tam is off the job.
Jean, I'm sure you're delighted it's all over and your don't have to endure Liz and myself conducting our domestic arguments in your showroom any longer. If it's of any interest I'm sure she got all her own way in the end.

It is a fantastic addition to our home.
What struck us about the showroom was the cool & modern look of the conservatories and now we have one ourselves, which we find unbelievable that such a beautiful extension to our home is ours.
We find it quite difficult to book a 2 week holiday abroad as this would mean being parted from our conservatory - this is the effect a beautiful conservatory has had on us.
Family & friends who have had a look at our conservatory are stunned by its beauty and we recommend to any customer thinking of getting - to actually get a conservatory - the "outdoors come indoors".
