Porch 3 - Lanark
When you live in an upstairs flat, it is often assumed that you cannot have access to a conservatory. This was proven to be false by this particular customer.
The removal of the existing small porch made way for the erection of a new PVCu porch with a solar controlled, UV filter, glass roof system.
By simply extending the porch approximately 1 metre past the extreme front of the house, we were able to design what is, in essence, a porch, but in terms of appearance, is a Victorian style conservatory.
