Mediterranean - Solid Spandrel - Broughty Ferry
This eye catching Mediterranean conservatory was specially created to add a utility room and extended kitchen area for the customer. The conservatory was partitioned to give two rooms and steps were added at either side for access.
The base height was varied, allowing for items such as washing machine and cooker to be stored without being seen from the outside.
The plaster and roughcast finish blended with the house walls, giving the whole conservatory a more permanent look.
